Father César Garcia was commissioned from CGE and had income of R $ 8.000,00.
Parish priest was removed from the church after being present at a ceremony that effected homoafetive union.

Father Caesar asked to be exonerated.

Father César Garcia, of 53 years, then requested the exoneration of the position that occupied in the CGE since 2011, G1 informed. According to G1, the parish priest acted as commissioned technical advisor and received eight thousand reais a month, according to information from the backstage of the Comptroller's Office. The religious gained notoriety in the middle of the year 2014, after, in Goiânia, blessed the union of a gay couple.
Garcia was reintegrated and returned to celebrate Masses and give his sermons in October of the same year, says that he worked every day at CGE and, after 18 hours, he took care of some parishes. However he claims to have felt that he was not having time for his imperious ecclesiastical activities.

"I took up the Mother of Mercy Parish in the Southern Sector at the beginning of the year and in March I asked for my release. I thought it was time to give more priority to my ecclesiastical life and other activities that I practice, "he told G1.
